Annie Gammon and Kat Stern work in partnership to provide reviews of work to reduce exclusions and suspensions, and to improve inclusion across individual schools, multiacademy trusts or across a local authority area.
With our in-depth experience of behaviour leadership, school leadership and LA education leadership we provide an expert perspective to help you, your team and the children you are responsible for.
Our approach
We use both quantitative and qualitative approaches in order to create the best platform of evidence from which to make suggestions. This allows us to take into account local context, benchmark local data within a national framework, and take advantage of face-to-face fieldwork that brings each partnership to life.
It is important to us that all stakeholders feel we are taking a collaborative, realistic and problem-solving approach. We aim to create bespoke processes that match your needs and provide effective solutions.
Through our work we have built an expansive understanding of the factors that can cause young people to struggle in educational settings and the importance of joined-up thinking in their support. We also recognise the challenges for educators, leaders, and directors, in meeting individual needs within complex and demanding circumstances.
